It was a pleasure for our small studio to work once again with Finline Furniture on the renovation of their Douglas showroom in Cork, in the historic St. Patrick’s Woolen Mills, an architectural gem with a strong textile heritage.

We kept all the good things – the original ceilings, the elegant arched windows and doors, the supporting pillars and the original tongue-in-groove cladding. Everything’s repainted in a gentle white and the 450 sq metre space is flooded with natural light, setting off the sofas to the best advantage. Finline’s rich history is storied across the halls and displays.
